ULTIMATE HEADER ASSEMBLY
The Ultimate is a patented backlit header system that
fits any curved pop-up display and many modular panel systems.
-
It features
only four parts.
-
The translucent graphic produced for it insets
within the frame with a magnet-to-magnet connection. It will not wobble,
bulge or fall apart, as many backlit graphic assemblies (especially the
aluminum/Velcro ones) do.
-
The Ultimate can be used also as a stand-off opaque header or, with lights, a backlit
header.
The frame unfolds and quickly snaps together. Then,
just roll the header graphic onto the frame and attach it to the display.
It fits within the extrusion.
The frame structure is virtually invisible. It is sturdier, easier to use,
and more reliable than common tension-clip aluminum backlit frames.
A kit contains two 3-socket incandescent light fixtures, six light bulbs in
a foam pack, and a sturdy metal frame 83.5 x 15-in. for 8-ft displays; 106 x
15-in. for 10-ft displays. Custom sizes can be made.
 |
The header frame comes in a 30.5 inch long
box, 3.5 x 4.5-in. Two end pieces are located in an upper
tray. |
 |
Lay the 4-parts—two end-pieces and two folding
horizontal pieces—on a flat surface |
 |
Unfold and snap the horizontal spans into
place then attach each to the end pieces. (To store, slide the
pieces apart, fold and return to the box.) |
 |
Extrusions on the end-pieces fit easily into
the horizontal spans for a mitered connection. |
 |
Roll your graphic onto the frame and snap it
into place within the frame. The magnet-to-magnet connection
assures precision placement and adhesion within a frame. Compare
that to Velcro fastening on the outside of a frame! You'll never
go back to that aluminum frame again. |
 |
Once assembled, rotate the amply-sized hanger
clips on the top edges of the frame. Use them to put the header in
place on your display.
|
 |
Center the header and place the clips over the
fabric panels of a pop-up or panel system.
